    生物医用CoCrMo合金铸件缩孔缺陷分析及其工艺改进

    Analysis of Casting Shrinkage Defect in Biomedical CoCrMo Alloy Casting and Process Improvement

    • 摘要: 通过拉伸试验和断口分析,对经熔模精密铸造得到的生物医用CoCrMo合金铸件伸长率不合格的原因进行分析,并结合金属凝固理论,提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明:CoCrMo合金铸件断后伸长率不合格的主要原因是铸件中存在大量的缩孔缺陷;在严格控制熔炼和浇注工艺的基础上,通过优化铸型结构,使铸件不合格率由9.8%降低到3.1%。

       

      Abstract: Through tensile test and fracture analysis, the reasons for unqualified elongation of biomedical CoCrMo alloy castings obtained by investment casting were analyzed. Combined with the theory of metal solidification, the corresponding improvement measures were proposed. The results showed that the main reason for unqualified elongation of CoCrMo alloy castings was the existence of a large number of shrinkage defects in castings. On the basis of strict control of melting and pouring process, the unqualified rate of castings was reduced from 9. 8% to 3. 1%.
