    TC4钛合金棒材室温拉伸强度偏低的原因

    Reasons of Low Room Temperature Tensile Strength of TC4 Titanium Alloy Bar

    • 摘要: 通过化学成分分析、硬度试验、室温拉伸试验以及显微组织观察等方法,分析了TC4钛合金棒材室温拉伸强度偏低的原因。结果表明:TC4钛合金棒材室温下的抗拉强度和屈服强度偏低的主要原因是其热处理工艺中的冷却方式为炉冷,冷却速率较慢,导致其初生α相含量较高,且出现了少量较宽的短棒状次生α相。

       

      Abstract: Through chemical composition analysis, hardness test, room temperature tensile test and microstructure observation and other mehtods, the reasons for low room temperature tensile strength of TC4 titanium alloy bar were analyzed. The results showed that the main reason for low tensile strength and yield strength of TC4 titanium alloy bar at room temperature was that the cooling method in heat treatment process was furnace cooling, and the cooling speed was slow, which resulted in a high content of primary α phase and a small amount of short rod secondary α phase with wide width.
